In addition to providing standard systems, Polaris Assessment Systems can develop
entry-level screening components “from scratch.” Our industrial psychologists have decades of experience
in the design, development, and validation of assessment instruments, including:
- Behavioral simulations (including telephone-based simulations) that can complement the
testing and interview systems
- Specialized testing approaches (e.g., video- or paper-based situational tests,
biographical inventory approaches and tests of mechanical aptitude)
- Structured applications and scored application blanks
