TEST ADMINISTRATION OPTIONS

Central to all of the Polaris systems is flexibility. This extends to the administration options provided for the testing system. These include:

• Web-based administration using an organization's servers
• Outsourced web-based administration
• Paper-and-pencil administration with either PC-based or web-based scoring

An organization may choose to use one or a combination of these options. For example, paper-and-pencil administration may work best during peak hiring periods, while web-based administration may be the most convenient option during slower parts of the candidate processing cycle.
