The Polaris selection testing system contains a broad range of test modules that can be used independently or combined
into a single test booklet. None of the Polaris tests has a time limit, which simplifies administration and

Each Polaris test module consists of a collection of items that can be “mixed and matched”
to tailor the test to the specific needs of a given organization. Additionally, the feedback dimensions produced by scoring the tests can be tailored to the needs of a given organization. For example, the dimensions can match the organization's competency model.
