The Polaris testing systems include a range of tests that can be used independently or
integrated seamlessly. The tests are structured to supply users with flexible options concerning test length

The Polaris behavior-based interview systems are organized to provide users with options

The Polaris tests can be administered via web or paper-and-pencil form. If paper-and-pencil administration is chosen, software is available to support both
