PRICING POLICY, VALIDATION PARTNERS, & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Polaris is dedicated to supplying test and interview systems that are leaders in quality at prices that are well below our competitors. Low overhead and our focus on entry-level selection, allows us to maintain price points that are 50% or more below those typically charged by competitor testing firms.

We work with our clients to determine the best combination of flexible pricing options to meet their needs. Pricing options include the outright purchase of our systems, annual licensing arrangements, and pay-per-use structures.

In addition to sale or licensing of our products, we offer partnership options that can enhance our service to organizations and reduce prices even further:

Validation Partners are organizations we work with to develop statistical validation support for newer versions of our tests. Polaris works with these organizations to tailor a testing system to their specific needs and job titles. Next, a formal validation study is conducted within the organization. The partner organization benefits from local validation support for its testing system, as well as the tailoring of the system to its jobs. Polaris benefits from the statistical evidence gained, which can then be applied to support the use of the system in other organizations. Currently, Polaris has a special interest in developing “Validation Partner” relationships in the following industry groups:

• Nursing
• Health Aides, including Home Health Aides
• Customer Service Representatives
• Food Service Workers, including Wait Staff
• Retail Sales Persons
• Clerical and Office Personnel, including Receptionists
• Computer Systems Programmers, Engineers, Analysts, Etc.

Continuous Improvement Partners are organizations that have formed long-term relationships with Polaris. On an annual basis, the Continuous Improvement Partner downloads test data from applicants along with information about the performance of those hired (productivity, absenteeism, turnover, etc.). Polaris then analyzes how existing testing systems can be enhanced to better predict performance outcomes. The organization benefits from the continuous fine-tuning of the testing system to its unique needs. Polaris benefits by being able to offer continuously improved tests to the broader marketplace.
