Polaris Assessment Systems, Inc. Announces Partnership with Taleo Corporation to Deliver Hiring Assessments as Key Component to Talent Management Process

Polaris Assessment Systems, Inc., a leader in testing systems for employment screening, today announced the formation of a strategic partnership with Taleo Corporation, the world’s leading company focused solely on on-demand talent management solutions, to jointly offer Polaris validated assessment content for entry-level positions to Taleo customers. Offering the Polaris pre-employment assessments on Taleo Assessment technology provides human resource executives with a choice for cost-effective, high quality assessment as an integral component of the talent management process.

Polaris’ proprietary assessment tests will be available via the award-winning Taleo Assessment Solution, which is built directly within Taleo’s Enterprise Talent Management platform, and will enable companies to improve new-hire performance, reduce employee turnover and increase sales as proven through Polaris’ rigorous validation studies.
